Duties and Taxes

We ship to all countries on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means all import taxes and duties are included in your order total—there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Backorders

Backorder products are not in stock in our UK fulfilment centre but are available from our Spanish fulfilment centre. You can place orders for these items, and we’ll ship them as soon as they become available—usually within a few working days.
