Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all Fast Ship orders placed before 2 PM (UK time) on the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM are dispatched the following business day.
Delivery times are estimated from the dispatch date and are provided as a guide only.

Express Delivery

- £4.95 for all orders
Express Delivery is available when your order contains Fast Ship items only. If your basket includes any backorder items, only Standard Delivery will be shown at checkout.
In these cases, your Fast Ship items will be sent separately at no extra cost, so you receive them sooner.

All international orders are sent using a tracked service. If your order includes any backorder items, the full order will be shipped together once everything is ready.

Duties and Taxes
We ship to all countries on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all import taxes and duties are included in your order total. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Fast Ship and Backorder Items
Fast Ship items are in stock at our UK fulfilment centre and ready to leave the same day when ordered before 3 PM (UK time).
Backorder items are stocked in our Spanish fulfilment centre and may take a few extra days to become available for dispatch. These products can still be ordered and will be shipped as soon as they are ready, usually within a few working days.
If your order contains both Fast Ship and backorder items:
- UK orders: Fast Ship items will be dispatched first in a separate delivery. Backorder items will be sent shortly afterward at no extra cost.
- International orders: Your order will ship in a single delivery once all items are ready.
Estimated dispatch times for backorder items are shown on the product page. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order, or part of your order, has been dispatched.
